Refund Policy

In the event you don’t absolutely love your pieces, please contact hello@cassandralaflor.com with subject line RETURN/ EXCHANGE as soon as possible. You will have 7 days from the day of delivery to return or exchange any items. Please note we only accept merchandise with original tags intact that have not been worn, altered or damaged. Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

RETURNS

For all returns, we will ship you a prepaid return label. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total. If you wish to use your own shipping label we ask you to please provide us with the tracking number.

Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to show up on your bank statement once we have received and processed your return.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, there will be no extra shipping costs applied to your order. A complementary shipping label will be sent to you. In the initial email, please indicate what style, color way and size you would like to exchange your current item/s for
